Strengthening Our Engineering Excellence Through Mentorship
At Zordiso Technologies, we believe great technology comes from engineers who keep learning. To stay ahead, we need to improve our skills, think carefully about technology and learn from real-world challenges.
Real-time monitoring systems are a key part of today’s digital world. They are used across many industries, including finance, telecommunications, infrastructure and public services, where fast and reliable data processing is essential. As these systems become more critical, the ability to detect issues and respond immediately is increasingly important.
At Zordiso Technologies, we want to stay ahead in this area. We see real-time system engineering as an important capability and invest in building practical, hands-on expertise within our teams.
To support this, we started a technical mentorship programme for our engineering and data teams. It’s not short-term training, but a focused effort to help our specialists gain advanced skills in areas like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and real-time system monitoring.
As an expert, we invited a specialist with exceptional expertise in this narrow field, with a proven track of results - Narender Kunta. Narender is a specialist with strong practical experience in building real-time anomaly detection systems for high-load digital platforms. His expertise matched the complex, mission-critical systems our clients use.
As a result of this programme, Zordiso Technologies has strengthened its ability to design, implement, and operate more advanced and resilient digital platforms. Our teams are now prepared to take on higher-complexity challenges and deliver innovative, real-time solutions for our clients, including:
● Designing high-load distributed system architectures
● Real-time data streaming and anomaly detection
● Applying machine learning for behavioural and system analysis
● Automating monitoring, response, and recovery processes
These capabilities enable us to move beyond conventional implementations and provide more intelligent solutions aligned with modern digital demands.
Our teams are now better prepared to build reliable, scalable systems and work with modern real-time data technologies. As a direct outcome of this initiative, a group of participants progressed into a T-Hub-supported innovation programme and began contributing to a government-aligned digital project.
At Zordiso, we view mentorship as a way to grow our people and strengthen our company for the long term. We plan to continue such initiatives as we grow and work on more complex digital projects.
